Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 27, 2026
Bright Horizon Construction Group ("we," "us," or "our") explains here how information is handled when you visit our website, request a quote, use our project inquiry tools, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
- Information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, city, project location, project type, and project details.
- Correspondence and information you provide by phone, email, text message, or website inquiry tools.
- Technical information that hosting and communication systems may record, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times.
- SMS consent and opt-out records when you choose to participate in text messaging.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule consultations, coordinate requested work, provide customer support, maintain business records, understand website traffic and performance, and protect our website and services. Quote requests submitted through our website are sent to our team by email. Providing a phone number in a quote request does not by itself enroll you in SMS messages.
Information sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, email, communications, and requested services; when required by law; or as necessary to protect rights and prevent misuse. Service-provider access is limited to supporting those activities.
Mobile information and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process information solely to deliver and support our text messages.
If you expressly opt in, messages may relate to estimates, appointments, project updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms of Service.
Cookies, browser storage, and external services
Website hosting and site features may use cookies or similar browser technologies for operation and security. Our hosting provider also supplies traffic and performance measurement scripts that may collect technical information about visits. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features. Our site may load fonts and link to social-media or other external services. Those services may receive technical information, including your IP address, when their resources load or you visit them, and their own privacy policies apply.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain appropriate business and consent records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive financial, identity, or other unnecessary personal information through general website forms.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask about our privacy practices. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your request and retain information where permitted or required by law. You can request that nonessential communications stop; SMS opt-outs may be made by replying STOP.
Children
Our website and services are directed to adults seeking construction services, not children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Policy updates
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.
